Level 2: Child's Play

She's waiting for you!

Our greatest pain points are often rooted in our childhood. How we feel about ourselves, who you think we need to be, what types of relationships we accept all come from wounds we experienced in our childhood. Many times we believe that we have moved on from that part of our life and so things MUST be okay. But if you have done some healing work (therapy, coaching, wellness sessions) yet you find yourself stuck doing the same thing over and over again, in spite of the pain it has caused you, then this group is for you.

In this 3 month (6 sessions) group, we will learn why your inner child is important, how to connect to our inner child, understand what she needs and take care of her through, meditation, creativity, and community.

This group is ideal for Black women who (any of these can apply):

  • Feel stuck in a pattern and do not understand their triggers/needs.
  • Show up for everyone and have no one to show up for them.
  • Want to connect with others on their healing journey.

Group format:

We will meet in a  group of up to 20 women every 2 weeks. You will have a small group of 4 to 5 women who will be your "tribe" throughout the course of our time together. Each session alternates between large group learning and tribe (small group) discussion, with a new skill, learned each session, guest speakers, and a homework assignment to support you in your learning. You will have access to a private group to connect, receive & give support, and ask questions outside of group sessions.

This group begins May 2021.
