Restore {Being}
This 6 day 5 night retreat is dedicated to you. Disconnect from the outside world, tune into yourself and remember of who you are. The goal is Restoration. Not just rest, but the full remembering of who you REALLY are. When you get still, what does your soul know, what does it ask for, what do you need to embody. Reflect on what you have already learned in our work together. Connect with other like-minded Black women. Embody BEING what your soul desires.
Day 1: Welcome
Arrive in San Jose, Costa Rica (SJO) no later than 1pm, where you will meet with the group. Then take a private plane for a 25 minute flight into Imiloa's private airstrip. Followed by a short van ride to the center, in the heart of the jungle.
Day 2: Remember {Being}
Explore the feelings of childhood. Play, laughter and movement are the themes of the day. This day is designed to allow you to experiment, and acknowledge how your inner child desires to BE. Remember her, by BEING her.
Day 3: Reclaim {Being}
What is your relationship to your body? Are you disconnected? Do you love how she feels, moves, receives pleasure? Do you listen when she tells you you are in pain? Here, we tune in to her, acknowledge her and reclaim BEING with her.
Day 4: Rejoice {Being}
Joy lives here and rejoicing is how we let Spirit know that we allow ourselves to receive that which brings us joy. We will move in joy, engage in gratitude and learn about CHOOSING joy as a state of BEING.
Day 5: Roam & Reflect
Explore a local village and take in some of the sites that Costa Rica has to offer. In the evening we will reflect on our time together by making new agreements to support this embodiment on your return.
Day 6: Return Restored
Take all that you have experienced and committed to with you as you return home with a new state of BEING.

GEODESIC RIVER DOMES
Inspired by sacred geometry, the Geodesic River Domes, sit in the rainforest along the edge of our private river. Enjoy the soothing sounds of the flowing water paired with the vibrant sounds of the jungle. Only 3 Domes remain.

JUNGLE BUNGALOWS
The Jungle Bungalows are in close proximity to our common area, and right on the pathway to our own private waterfall. Bali inspired, the interiors feature natural finishings and beautiful details. Spacious bathrooms with a shower and soaking tub looking out to the rainforest. Only 4 Bungalows remain.
